As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver technical training to customers; contractors, wholesalers, end users,OEM'sand employees as it relates to Copeland Commercial and Residential Cold Chain Electronics components and systems used in the HVAC/R industry. The senior trainer must present a professional manner and develop good working relationships with subject matter experts and Product Managers within the organization. Coordination of relevant content from the experts is key to adding material to a course to ensure all learningobjectivesare met. The senior trainer must stay current with technology and the industry. Participation in industry events and HVACR online educational communities is an important part of the senior trainer's ability to stay current with industry trends and educational needs. The senior trainer provides coaching, guidance and feedback to junior training staff and serves as the lead customer contact point at training events.
