We are seeking a highly proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and scale our software and engineering teams. Job OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a strong recruitment pipeline for software developers, technical engineers, QA specialists, industrial digitalization professionals, and related technical roles.This role requires someone capable of building a high-quality talent pool from scratch, conducting sourcing activities, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting organizational growth. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and software-related positions.Source candidates, Screen and shortlist candidates for technical positions.Coordinate technical interviews with department heads.Build recruitment databases and maintain candidate pools.Support employer branding for Oya Energy Digital Engineering.Assist in designing hiring processes and onboarding procedures.Coordinate hiring for Egypt and Gulf-oriented technical projects. Requirements2–4 years experience in Technical Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.Previous experience hiring software engineers is highly preferred.Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn and technical hiring channels.Good understanding of software engineering roles and technical terminology.Strong communication and organizational skills.Very Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required. Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for Gulf or remote international projects.Experience building technical teams from scratch.Knowledge of industrial technology or automation sectors is a plus.
