About this role
•Responsible for the end-to-end Operations Process of all Industrial, and Clients’ business sector.•Review, manage and timely process of all requests in a highly professional way fulfilling Clients and employees’ expectations.•Any request or query from the client and follow the monthly time sheets and salaries process.•Creates and maintains secure and confidential database and filling systems; ensures all necessary documentation is on file like; Client Monitoring sheet, Employees Request, Iqama renewal and other processes.•Identifying the potential issues and provides the Supervisor with administrative support to close the issues in a timely manner.•Implementing the standard operating procedures and ensuring appropriate workflow management set by Operations Manager.•Coordinating with Recruitment, Onboarding and other departments to speed up the employee’s request.•Responsible for employee’s onboarding & off boarding process.•Responsible for operation daily tasks such (exit reentry visa- any certificates and attestation required- employee’s contracts-renewal and issuance)
•Bachelor Degree required •Very Good in writing and verbal communication•very good in English Skills•Proficient in Microsoft Package such as; Excel, Word & PowerPoint
