Recruitment and Onboarding:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.Coordinate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training.Employee Relations:Handle employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and professionally.Manage employee relations activities, such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Benefits Administration:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits laws and regulations.Training and Development:Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Coordinate employee development initiatives, such as mentoring and coaching.Payroll Processing:Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Maintain employee records and comply with payroll regulations.Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor standards, equal opportunity, and safety.Conduct regular audits and implement necessary corrective actions.HR Projects:Participate in various HR projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, and organizational change initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in human resourcesStrong understanding of employment laws and regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)Strong organizational and time management skills
