HR & Social Compliance SupervisorKey Responsibilities:Egyptian Labor Law: Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and governmental regulations.Social Audits: Lead and prepare for international social compliance audits (e.g., WRAP, SMETA, etc.).Policies & Grievances: Enforce fair labor practices and manage internal worker grievance channels.Requirements:3–5 years of experience in HR & social compliance (a manufacturing background is preferred).Expert/thorough knowledge of the Egyptian labor law.Strong communication and audit preparation skills.
