Responsibilities: Mastermind Export Operations: Coordinate and manage all aspects of export logistics, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.Navigate Documentation: Prepare, review, and process all necessary export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.Champion Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations, international shipping laws, and company policies to avoid delays and penalties.Optimize Supply Chain: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers) to optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery times.Resolve Challenges: Proactively identify and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.Communicate & Coordinate: Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on shipment statuses and addressing inquiries promptly.
Proven Expertise: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Export Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Master of Movement: Demonstrated proficiency in Export Documentation, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Management, Customs Regulations, International Shipping, and Freight Forwarding.Analytical Acumen: Strong capabilities in Inventory Management and a knack for effective Problem-solving.Communication : Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, essential for liaising with diverse stakeholders.Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Exceptional Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy in all documentation and processes.Career Level: This role is perfectly suited for an Experienced professional eager to take on significant responsibility and contribute immediately.
